Welcome to Mero Hotels!

Mero Hotels builds a platform that enables people to find and choose the best Service provider as per their needs and budget, all over Nepal. These terms govern your use of Mero Hotels through mobile app and website. This Product is provided to you by Nepal Informatics Pvt. Ltd. 

We don’t charge you to use Mero Hotels or the other products and services covered by Mero Hotels. Instead, businesses and organizations and service providers pay us to show you ads for their products and services.

These terms form a legally binding agreement among Users (“User(s), you, your, customer(s), yourself”), Service providers (Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Resort, Party Palace, Geet Gazals) and Nepal Informatics Pvt. Ltd. and/or its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Mero Hotels, merohotels.com, we, us, our”). These terms shall govern the use of the website, mobile application (collectively referred to as “Mero Hotels or merohotels.com Platform”) which enables the User to connect with service providers in relation to the services offered through the Mero Hotels Platform.

 

Please read these terms carefully before accessing, using, obtaining or availing any products or Services by Mero Hotels. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use you may refrain from using the Mero Hotels Platform and/or Services. These conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of Mero Hotels Platform and Services.

Mero Hotels reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. It will be your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the Terms of Use from time to time, your continued usage of the Mero Hotels Platform and Services would be deemed to be an acceptance of these terms and the modifications thereto.

 

1. Scope of Services

Mero Hotels through the Mero Hotels Platform markets. Mero Hotels markets the properties, managed and/or owned by third parties (“Service Providers”) as per agreed terms with Mero Hotels. Mero Hotels Platform offers Services to its Users to choose and enjoy the services of Service Providers by providing information of service providers’ products/services which shall include but shall not be limited to:

a. Hotels

b. Restaurant

c. Cafe

d. Resort

e. Party Palace

f. Geet Gazal

 

2. Eligibility to use

You must accept the terms and policy of Service Providers and/or generally accepted legal process in Nepal to be eligible to use the services provided by the Service Providers.

 

4. Mero Hotels Services

Mero Hotels is primarily responsible for providing a comfortable services as shown by Mero Hotels to its customers. If you book and order any services prior to your reach there, you must pay at least 15% of service charge through online portal. Mero Hotels has right to direct the Service providers’ owners to provide the services as shown in Mero Hotels to Mero Hotels’s customers.

 

1. Mero Hotels understands the NEW age Customers’ requirements and accordingly offers wide variety of hotels at its platform to service its Customer..

 

2. Mero Hotels markets the service providers’ information, providing its Customers with the option to choose their best service providers as per their needs.

 

3. In case Customers are not able to select the service providers from our website or mobile application, you can call our customer support desk and our team will help you find a suitable accommodation within your preferred budget and amenities.

 

4. If any service is denied for a paid off booking, Mero Hotels shall ensure that User is provided with an alternate accommodation of comparable standards. In an event, where the alternate accommodation could not be provided, Mero Hotels shall arrange for the refund of any pre booking amount collected from the User.

 

6. Terms specifically applicable to Customer :

Users availing Services via the Mero Hotels Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

 

A. Reservation or booking of services

The process of booking and ordering the Services from this Mero Hotels Platform will require you to message or call with discloser of your personal and confidential information (Name, Address, Purpose, number of guests etc).

 

B. In case of detecting any suspicious activity from customers, Service Provider reserves the right to cancel all pending and future orders owing to any such incident without any liability to the User.

 

C. Payment & Usage Fee

You hereby agree and understand that you will have to pay the usage fee as mentioned on the Menu list of Service Providers for the concerned services via the payment mode provided by the Service Providers.

 

D. Responsibility

You are requested to kindly take due care of all your personal valuables and belongings. Mero Hotels and its Service Provider shall NOT be responsible for ‎any loss, theft or damage to the Guests' personal valuables and belongings.
